Marc + Kerri’s Merchants of Green Coffee wedding was a blissful bohemian dream, filled with vintage charm and laidback good vibes all around. Their playful portrait session in the Don Valley made for the perfect backdrop to start their day. The ceremony was held in the eclectic Merchants of Green Coffee ‘Restoration Café’, where they were surrounded with love from friends and family. There were tears of joy throughout the room, and even a surprise visit from ‘nature’.

The crowd moved upstairs to the reception in the Jam Factory, a beautiful industrial brick and beam space. It was filled with greenery, DIY table décor by the bride and personal accents spotted throughout the room. The receiving table was complete with family photos, a guest book, a Polaroid camera and plenty of film refills to last the night. There was a classic typewriter for leaving silly notes and poems throughout the night. A globe on the gift table symbolized the couple’s love of travel.

The Horah, a customary Jewish wedding dance, was an exciting start to the evening. It was complete with an interweaving circle dance and the bride and groom being lifted into the air on chairs. The night was filled with so many heartfelt speeches ushering laughs and tears. There was also plenty of delicious vegan food from start to finish. The highlight of the night came when Marc surprised Kerri with a piano serenade, backed by an impromptu choir, and followed by a full band performance!
